Emil Senkel is 19 years old and now runs a thriving bistro in Moabit. Instead of cramming for his Abitur, the self-made man, who was born, preferred to drive his business forward by renting suitable rooms and teaching himself how to cook.
Of course he didn’t want a small snack bar, no, it had to be a French bistro. It should be common knowledge that French cuisine is very sophisticated.

To get that far at 19 you need a good deal of chutzpah as well as a bit of luck. And he has more than enough of that. Who else would dare to speculate with stocks as a minor, like Emil did before he turned to the culinary arts.
