In a confidential report, the Court of Audit is destructive for the Purchasing Service of Defense. The costs for the purchase and use of around 400 new French armored vehicles will amount to 14.4 billion euros, instead of 1.5 billion euros. Costs for the new garages, maintenance or ammunition are sloppy or were not foreseen. The VRT reports this on Monday.
