The most difficult task for PSV seems to be a meeting with Bayern Munich, Real Madrid or reigning winner Manchester City. These clubs previously became group winners with ease and are considered top favorites for the final victory. Arsenal was also certain of a group win before the last round. PSV can also face Real Sociedad, which held Internazionale to a 0-0 draw at home on Wednesday evening.

The group winners will also be announced in the final groups on Wednesday evening. In theory, FC Barcelona can still be passed by Shakhtar Donetsk, Paris Saint-Germain will climb over leader Borussia Dortmund with a win and Atlético Madrid and Lazio will compete in a mutual duel for group victory in Feyenoord’s group.

The Eindhoven team qualified for the knockout phase of the Champions League two weeks ago by beating Sevilla after a sensational comeback (2-3).
