Nottingham Forest has also made an offer for Sangaré, but he does not want to go there. Earlier this summer, Sangaré signed a new contract with PSV, as a result of which a mandatory transfer fee of 37 million euros is no longer current. Chelsea may want to go beyond that.
The Ivorian came over from PSV in 2020 and is one of the key players in Ruud van Nistelrooij’s team. Tonight he played another ninety minutes against FC Volendam (7-1).
