AMSTERDAM – Jumbo-Visma has started the Criterium du Dauphiné energetically thanks to Wout van Aert’s fast legs. The Belgian convincingly won the opening stage and on Monday he narrowly missed it, after a leading group managed to stay out of the peloton’s grip.
