According to the rules of the German Stock Exchange, companies must submit their annual report within four months of the end of the relevant business period. The company has until the end of April. According to a company spokeswoman, it is unclear how long the submission will be delayed.
ProSiebenSat.1 announced on Tuesday that it would postpone the presentation of the annual and consolidated financial statements, and possibly also the general meeting. The reason is regulatory issues in connection with the business of Jochen Schweizer mydays. The company will inform about the new dates “as soon as possible”.
There are always cases like this. In 2022, the wind turbine manufacturer Nordex had to leave the SDAX small-cap index for a few months after failing to submit a quarterly report on time.
On XETRA, the ProSiebenSat.1 share was temporarily up 0.04 percent on Friday at EUR 9.30.
