The Swedish royal family has received Christmas trees in the traditional way.

Fresh pictures of the Swedish royal family’s Christmas preparations have been published.
Aftonbladet according to the royal family’s Christmas trees, this year the Forestry students of the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) from Umeå have handed over them. According to the magazine, the Christmas tree tradition has continued in the royal family since the 1960s.
Princess Ines, who was born in February, will now be able to participate in the royal Christmas celebration for the first time. She appears in Christmas pictures wearing a red checkered dress.
In the pictures, Ines herself examines the decorations belonging to the Christmas tree. However, the other children of the royal family play a clearly bigger role in decorating the Christmas tree.

Therefore, the descendants of Crown Princess Victoria, Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia, and Princess Madeleine and Chris O’Neill participated in the Christmas tree decoration. The children’s grandmother, Queen Silvia, helped with the Christmas tree decoration.
Princess Ines appears in the pictures in many different emotional states. In some of the pictures, the youngest of the royal family has a surprised expression on his face, and in some of the princess’s face, a smile flickers.
