According to The Daily Mail, Princess Delphine tells Tatler in an interview that it still hurts that King Albert rejected her around 1984, but she doesn’t blame him. “Royal life provides isolation,” it sounds. She also believes that her father was ill-advised, notes The Daily Mail.
But Delphine’s most striking statement is about what happened when she was recognized as Albert’s daughter. “People now compare me to Princess Diana,” Delphine notes. “Because I’m a princess of hearts and I’m very generous when it comes to charity work.”
