Today is Prince’s Day. This is the opening of the new parliamentary year. This year, the King will deliver the Speech from the Throne in the Koninklijke Schouwburg. And for the first time in 3 years there is again a driving tour in the Glass Coach. The transfer of the briefcase containing the Budget Memorandum and the National Budget will take place in the temporary House of Representatives building.
