Prince Andrew settled with prosecutor Virginia Giuffre in February. The Duke of York is said to have abused her several times years ago when she was still a minor. The prince has always denied this. Giuffre received about 14 million euros from the prince, which Andrew had to pay her within ten days. Part of that would have been given to Andrew by his mother Queen Elizabeth, the other part by Charles.
Andrew would pay Charles back, according to the newspaper, when he sold his chalet in Verbier, Switzerland.
