Prince album Diamonds and Pearls out in October | show

Prince’s album Diamonds and Pearls, originally released in 1991, will be reissued on October 27. The deluxe edition of the remastered record features 47 previously unreleased tracks and over 2 hours of never-before-seen Prince concert videos.

In total, the new album contains 75 audio tracks. The tracklist includes remixes, B-sides of the time and alternative versions of well-known songs that Prince released or gave to other artists. The album is accompanied by a 120-page book containing, among other things, photos and essays by famous people from the music world.

The original 1991 album contained, in addition to the title track of the same name, songs like Cream, Get Off and Money Don’t Matter 2 Night. It was Prince’s thirteenth album and the first in collaboration with his new backing choir The New Power Generation.
