He expressed himself cautiously with that, because the antagonism between the two men is great, if only because Donald Trump, against all evidence, continues to claim that he won the presidential election in November 2020.
Biden’s comment referenced a video of Trump’s interview with a former conservative Fox News host, shared on social media Monday. “Have you had the shot?” the host, Bill O’Reilly, asks the former president, who answers “yes.” When the public starts to protest, Trump says “don’t!” to silence them.
The former president and his wife Melania were vaccinated shortly before leaving the White House, but did not make it public. Biden, on the other hand, got his two shots and his booster dose in front of the press.
Despite resistance, Donald Trump encouraged his supporters to get vaccinated.
