In the Egyptian P2, Chingotto-Galan beat Paquito and Sanz in the final and bring Coello-Tapia closer in the FIP ranking. In the women’s competition, the great moment continues for Josemaria-Sanchez

November 2 – 9.14pm – MILAN

It’s New Giza, but it looks like Milan. The Premier Padel circuit celebrates the same winners in the Egyptian P2 that we applauded at the Allianz Cloud: Chingotto-Galan in the men’s tournament, Josemaria-Sanchez in the women’s tournament.

MALE

For Federico Chingotto and Ale Galan it is the 12th title won since they became a couple, a happy choice made last year. And it is triumph number 7 in 2025, a season in which they managed to regain ground on Agustin Tapia and Arturo Coello, who just a few months ago seemed light years away from everyone else. Autumn is bringing a lot of satisfaction to the “Chingalan”, who are in great shape and ready to take advantage of every opportunity, especially when – as in this case – Coello and Tapia are not on the scoreboard. The number 2 “pareja” in the world extinguished the dreams of Paquito Navarro in the final, always a crowd favorite wherever he plays: for him and Sanz there was no escape in the final match, lost 6-1 6-2 without ever having a chance to get into the match. The Chingalans are starting to entertain a crazy idea: if they were to also win in Kuwait, Mexico and Barcelona they would overtake Coello-Tapia at the top of the FIP rankings.

FEMALE

In the women’s field, Paula Josemaria and Ari Sanchez are once again “on fire”, and not only due to the physical problems that are limiting Gemma Triay. After a few months of confusion, the dominators of the past two seasons have found their confidence and play again. In New Giza the road to the title went downhill, given that the very good Ale Salazar and Martina Calvo reached the final, instead of the usual notes: 6-3 6-0 for Paula and Ari, who thus became the first players in history to have won titles on 4 continents.
