Lhe summer season is winding down, but music continues to be the protagonist. Tonight at 8.45 pm on TV8Sky Uno and NOW airs RTL 102.5 Power Hits Summer 2023. A special appointment – registered RTL102.5, broadcast live from the Verona Arena – to celebrate singers and songs that conquered the public, but above all to decree the winner, or rather the catchphrase that dominated the radio charts in the summer of 2023. The conductors are Matteo Campese, Jody Cecchetto and Paola Di Benedetto.

Five songs that have become the soundtrack of the season. Who will win the victory? In the meantime, RTL 102.5 announces surprise guests: Biagio Antonacci and Benny Benassi, Giorgia, Max Pezzali, Negramaro, Pooh and Rita Ora.

Top 5 favorite songs
Among all the singers in the competition, The Kolors appear to be the favourites. Italodisco comes after some successes collected in previous years (the single Everytime in 2015, Frida (never, never, never) in 2018, Think bad feat. Elodie in 2019, and Convertible Panorama in 2021), but it truly marks a new beginning. Released on May 5th, the song has known a progressive growth, up to the first place in the FIMI Top Singles ranking.
Marco Mengoni and Elodie also danced with Crazy music. The single was released in late May, went platinum and signs the first collaboration between the two. Great success also for Fedez, Annalisa and Article 31. The unpublished trio made its mark, obtaining two platinum discs with Disc Paradise.
The Nuclear Tactical Penguins are back from sold out at San Siro and also in this case for Steal my night double platinum has arrived. In the end, Irama & Rkomi. Hollywood it came out in June and was certified gold.
Power Hits Summer 2023who will be the winner?
The winner is decided by the sum of the radio broadcasts – elaborated by EarOne, the company that draws up the weekly radio rankings – and the votes cast by the public via the RTL 102.5 Play platform. At the beginning of the summer, RTL 102.5 kicked off two leaderboards. This is the weekly ranking, which indicates the most broadcast song of the week, and the general ranking, that is the song in contention to win the Power Hits Estate 2023 award. Each listener was able to vote once a day.
More prizes will be awarded during the eveningawarded by the FIMI, PMI and SIAE associations. The RTL 102.5 – FIMI award goes to the best-selling Italian single from 16 June to 24 August. The RTL 102.5 – PMI award refers to the most played independent single on radio from 19 June to 25 August.
Still, the RTL 102.5 – SIAE award is aimed at the most broadcast song in Italian musical events from 19 June to 25 August, while the prize RTL 102.5 Power Hits Top Albums 2023 will go to the best-selling album from June 26 to August 24.
