FC Volendam may have to do without Walid Ould-Chikh. The midfielder broke his wrist a week and a half ago against Helmond Sport. On Friday against VVV-Venlo he played for another ninety minutes.
Ould-Chikh posted a photo from a hospital bed this afternoon on Instagram† His story shows that his left wrist is in a cast after an operation.
The midfielder informs NH Sport that he suffered the injury Helmond Sports on Friday 25 February. Against VVV Venlo he had to be careful on Friday, but Bilal Ould-Chikh’s younger brother did finish the game.
It is still unclear how long Walid Ould-Chikh has been out of action.
