Gwen van Poorten has lost all her belongings due to a mistake during the move, but cannot count on everyone’s sympathy. “There are worse things, right?!,” Jeroen Snel sneers.
Now that Rob Goossens is under the tutelage of Peter van der Vorst, Eric de Munck is kept short with his rebellious nature and Aran Bade still lacks seniority, it is often a somewhat boring affair at RTL Boulevard. The shock was great when the normally neat Jeroen Snel came out with a very strong opinion last night.
Christmas balls
What Jeroen had a strong opinion about? Gwen van Poorten, an influencer. She recently moved and something organizational went wrong during that move. As a result, the boxes containing her entire household and all her belongings were irreparably destroyed. Quite intense of course and Gwen has been crying a lot on the social media.
Gwen is now more known for being the girl who lost her stuff than for what she actually does, so one follow up could not be missed. She has now received a number of Christmas baubles from her followers because they have of course also been destroyed. And you guessed it: crying again. Hopefully she replaced her mop first…

All joking aside: it is of course very sad for poor Gwen. Anyone would hate to lose everything they own, especially if it’s because of some idiot who isn’t paying attention. And Gwen can’t help but cry about that. Come on, even on Instagram.
One of those horror films was broadcast last night on RTL Boulevard. “I’m crying so hard here. A box has arrived,” she says. So a box with Christmas baubles. There was a note that said she deserves that and that she is so inspiring, etc. Waterlanders, brat, all the trimmings.
Worse things
While the Boulevard experts are shouting ‘aww’ and ‘oh’ en masse, royalty expert Jeroen Snel (54) suddenly comes sailing around the corner with a rather controversial opinion. “Well, there are worse things in life than… Well, never mind,” he sneers.
Very witty, of course, such an insensitive opinion, but because you hardly hear it these days in RTL Boulevard, all experts are scared out of their wits. Vivienne van den Assem’s mouth opens even wider than that of Carlo Boszhard in The Masked Singer and Eric de Munck starts laughing uncontrollably.
“This is bad!”
Lex Uiting immediately calls Jeroen to order. “She lost all her belongings, didn’t she?”
Vivienne emphasizes: “Everything is gone!”
Jeroen shrugs. “I’m also moving and I threw everything away anyway.”
Can’t they let Jeroen moan about celebrities from now on instead of Camilla? In any case, something will happen again at half past six on RTL 4…
