Because the suspect of the stabbing on the Zuiderdiep in Groningen on April 2 has not yet reported, the police are distributing images in which he can be seen. A minor was injured in the stabbing.
The boy, a resident of the municipality of Midden-Groningen, was stabbed in the leg on Sunday, April 2. The suspect was then filmed as he ran off.
Before that, around 6:30 p.m., the two had a conflict in front of a catering facility on Gedempte Zuiderdiep, the police reported.

The victim was taken to hospital by ambulance, the suspect took off on a bicycle towards Gelkingestraat.
‘It concerns a man with a light skin color, he is estimated to be 16 to 17 years old. He wore a dark blue Armani jacket with a gray logo and black sweatpants. He was wearing a small black shoulder bag. He fled on a black women’s bicycle with a luggage rack in the front. The bicycle does not have a rear luggage carrier.’
