The driver of a dirt bike ran into a lamp in Zuidlaren last night. According to local residents, the man has been causing nuisance for a long time by driving fast and recklessly and wheelies to do with his vehicle. Police officers went to investigate and caught him.
The 31-year-old driver with no fixed place of residence or residence came into view of the officers during their surveillance in the northern part of Zuidlaren.
After officers gave the motorcyclist a stop sign, he initially fled. In the end, the police managed to pull him aside. His motorcycle had no registration number and was not insured. In addition, the man did not have a valid driver’s license.
The police have made a report and the dirt bike has been confiscated.
