The police arrested a motorist on Moerlaken in Breda on Thursday who was driving around with a large load of drugs. When checking the car, the officers discovered 5 kilos of hashish and 7 kilos of dried hemp buds.
The man was stopped because he was driving 90 km per hour where 50 is allowed. During the conversation, the officers smelled a strong odor of cannabis. When they checked the car they found the drugs.
The driver also had almost a thousand euros in cash in his pocket. The police found an expensive Rolex watch in his underpants.
The man has been arrested. The drugs, watch, money and his car were seized.
