In Kortrijk it was a multidisciplinary control action, set up by the PZ VLAS and carried out in collaboration with inspectors of the FPS Public Health and Customs and Excise. One store even had to close the doors immediately.
Hardly two of the twelve night shops were completely in order with all legal regulations. A lot of infringements were determined and verbalized in the 10 other things. Three managers were not in order with their permit. Various other things sold illegal products.
In one night shop in Kortrijk, the infringements were so flagrant and the amount of illegal products found (including disposable vapes, cigarettes, water pipe tabak …), so large that an administrative closure was imposed. In the past, a whole series of similar interventions and seizures of illegal Vapes were already in the past, with several official reports for their sale to minors.
The Shisha bar also received five PVs.
