Artist Sini Sabotage, 40, talks about the incident that made him panic in the Trippileiri podcast.
Sabotage tells how long ago “a supposed unnamed man” stayed with her. The man in question suddenly whispered something very special in Sabotage’s ear.
– I’m no Josef Fritzl, but I could put you in the basement, the man said.
– Rewind! Sabotage sucks.
– Sorry for yelling… he apologizes afterwards.
– In that situation, you can shout if someone compares himself to an Austrian sociopath, Sampo Marjomaa, host of Sabotage, says.
Josef Fritzl is an Austrian man whose swashbuckling deeds are widely known. He was sentenced to life in prison in 2009. Fritzl kept his daughter prisoner in the basement for 24 years. He raped his daughter imprisoned in the basement thousands of times, and the daughter gave birth to seven children during her imprisonment.
The reference to a man with a very dark criminal record shocked Sabotage.
– I panicked so much that I left home and went to my parents. I left him there in my room, says Sabotage.
Marjomaa states that such a comparison is a “pretty big red flag”, which practically means a warning sign in relationships.
Sabotage doesn’t reveal in the podcast who said the comment, even if they wanted to.
– I would so like to say who it is, but I won’t say it now. Let’s move on, Sabotage acknowledges.
