Top chef Harri Syrjänen is visiting Aki Linnanahde Talks Show in the latest episode of the podcast. The TV personality known as a chef has built a cozy house in Siuntio, right near the seashore.
However, he does not live in the house, but has a home in Espoo.
– It was primarily built for business use. I organize events there, but at some point, when my children fly from the nest, I will move there myself, Syrjänen says in the podcast.
Syrjänen estimates how much money the house project has taken.
– All in all, 800,000 to 900,000 euros are running around there.
When the construction phase had to start, the prices of supplies began to rise, according to Syrjæs. He decided to put the project on hold for six months in case the prices started to fall, but that didn’t happen. At the same time, there were problems in terms of availability.
– I said that we have to wait for another six months.
– When we waited a year, the situation was much better.
The TV chef admits that the huge project also brought debt. He is afraid of rising interest rates.
– When I took out the loan, it was more than 4 percent. That’s quite a lot. Now it is in the ears of two percent.
– I have put some into savings and invested. Of course, I sold my investments when I started building, Syrjänen elaborates.

The top chef has presented his new house on social media. Based on the pictures, the house looks modern with large windows.

– Even though this has not been a weight loss course, I have to mention that when the raksas started, the weight was 84 kg and now it is 71.5 kg. Too much is too much and now we have to get back to the gym and to the dams, the chef laughed in his update.
