Paola is a tough girl who knows how to defend herself very well in an environment of males, but she is also fragile and dreams of love. While waiting to receive the “Truck Driver of the Year” award and to fix her sabotaged truck, the truck driver runs into the man who has always made her heart beat: the podcaster Lucio.

Paola (Chiara Francini) has the heart of a lion and the determination of someone who has learned to live on asphalt: she is an expert, ironic and indomitable truck driver, ready to win the coveted title of “Truck Driver of the Year”, the same one that her father had never managed to win. While crossing Italy with his truck, Armando, a few days before New Year’s Eve, makes a stop in Sila at the Hotel 3 Rose. Here he literally clashes with Lucio Ricci (Giorgio Marchesi), the man who has always made his heart beat… just with his voice. Yes, because Lucio is the mysterious and fascinating host of the podcast Cupid’s voice, of which Paola is a huge fan.

Too bad the meeting didn’t happen in the best way: a small accident between her truck and Lucio’s car puts her in trouble. The vehicle never starts again and the long-awaited race risks disappearing. But what seems like a banal unexpected event hides something more sinister: someone seems to have sabotaged his vehicle. And while she tries to understand who could have done it, she finds herself embroiled in a fake love gossip with Lucioconcocted to revive the podcaster’s public image.

With a disabled vehicle, a heart in turmoil and the help, or perhaps the hindrance, of Carlo (Michele Rosiello)an elegant NCC driver ironically renamed “Ambrogio” by Paola, the three set off in search of the spare part that could get Paola’s racing car back in motion. It unravels between misunderstandings, squabbles and revelations an adventure on the road, in which it is not just a truck that needs to be fixed, but also the heart of each character.
