The decisions taken by the Professional Football Disciplinary Board at its meeting dated 30.11.2023 and numbered 29 have been published.
The decisions taken by the board are as follows:
“1- YILPORT SAMSUNSPOR Club will be penalized with a fine of 56,000.-TL due to the field incidents caused by its fans in the YILPORT SAMSUNSPOR-BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. Trendyol Super League match played at Samsun Yeni 19 Mayıs Stadium on 26.11.2023,
2- BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş.’s YILPORT SAMSUNSPOR-BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. match, which was played at Samsun Yeni 19 Mayıs Stadium on 26.11.2023. He was penalized with a fine of 112,000.-TL due to the field incidents caused by his fans in the Trendyol Super League competition,
In the same competition, BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. was punished with a fine of 200,000.-TL due to the ugly and bad cheering caused by its fans and because this action was carried out for the 4th time in the same season in the competition in which it was a guest club, FDT’s 53/3. In accordance with the article, the spectators in blocks numbered 221A, 221B, 223C of the GUEST TRANBLUE, who make ugly and bad chants, will be prevented from entering the competition in which they are the next guest club, by blocking their cards within the scope of electronic tickets,
3- TÜMOSAN KONYASPOR Club’s participation in the TÜMOSAN KONYASPOR-KASIMPAŞA A.Ş. match played on 25.11.2023. He was penalized with a fine of 112,000.-TL due to the field incidents caused by his fans in the Trendyol Super League competition,
4- SİLTAŞ YAPI PENDİKSPOR FUTBOL A.Ş.’s match against RAMS BAŞAKŞEHİR FK-SİLTAŞ YAPI PENDİKSPOR FUTBOL A.Ş., played on 27.11.2023. In the Trendyol Super League competition, he was punished with a warning penalty due to the ugly and bad cheering caused by his fans and because this action was carried out for the first time in the competition in which he was a guest club in the same season, FDT’s 53/3. In accordance with the article, the spectators in the GUEST TRIBUNE NORTH UPPER E block, who made ugly and bad chants, will be prevented from entering the competition in which they are the next guest club by blocking their cards within the scope of electronic tickets,
5- MONDİHOME KAYSERİSPOR Club’s MONDİHOME KAYSERİSPOR–YUKATEL ADANA DEMİRSPOR A.Ş. match played on 26.11.2023. In the Trendyol Super League competition, FDT’s 53/3 decision was made due to the ugly and bad cheering caused by its fans. 6- GALATASARAY A.Ş. will be punished with a FINE of 400,000.-TL due to the unsportsmanlike behavior in the statements in the news published on the Club’s official website on 27.11.2023,
GALATASARAY A.Ş. President DURSUN AYDIN ÖZBEK will be punished with a fine of 39,000.-TL due to the unsportsmanlike behavior in the statements in the news published on the Club’s official website on 27.11.2023,
7- FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. will be penalized with a fine of 112,000.-TL due to the field incidents caused by its fans in the FENERBAHÇE A.Ş.–VAVACARS FATİH KARAGÜMRÜK Trendyol Super League match played on 26.11.2023,
In the same competition, FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. was punished with a warning penalty due to the ugly and bad cheering caused by its fans and because this action was carried out for the first time in the competition in which it was the host club in the same season, FDT’s 53/3. VAVACARS FATİH KARAGÜMRÜK Club President SÜLEYMAN HURMA will be punished with 21 DAYS INJUNCTION AND 100,000 TL FINE due to his unsportsmanlike behavior in the statements shared on the Club’s social media account after the match,
200,000 TL FINE of VAVACARS FATİH KARAGÜMRÜK Club technical officer ATILAY CANEL, in accordance with Article 38/2 of the FDT and by applying Article 13 of the FDT, due to his statements about the Referee and Other Competition Officials in the flash interview he gave to the broadcaster after the match. It has been decided that he will be punished with a PUNISHMENT.”
