The data comes from the KNVB. Together with all 34 paid football clubs, they have had a supporters card developed showing the spread of all season ticket holders in the Netherlands. The data was collected based on the postcodes of season ticket holders. What is special is that at Ajax of the 42,000 season ticket holders about 35,000 do not live in Amsterdam.

Former politician and chairman The martial arts association Peter Kwint is not surprised by the number of Feyenoorders in the city. “If you look at how busy it is on competition days at the stations.
