Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov believes that the term “fake news” can now be replaced by “Bloomberg news”. So Kremlin spokesman commented on the erroneous publication news agency with information that Russia has launched an invasion of Ukraine. Bloomberg is investigating the reasons for the error.

Peskov said RIA Newsthat such messages may lead to irreparable consequences. The situation shows the danger of aggressive statements by the United States and other Western countries, Peskov added.

“This is an illustration of what consequences the atmosphere of extreme tension that has now developed due to these aggressive actions of our counterparties in Europe can have,” Peskov said.

Earlier, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation has repeatedly denied statements by Ukraine and the West that Russia has aggressive plans and is preparing an invasion of Ukraine. Moscow believes that statements about “Russian aggression” are being used as a pretext to place more NATO military equipment near Russian borders.
