Kocaelispor Club announced that an application was made to the TFF to punish Milan Skriniar, who made inappropriate movements towards the Kocaeli fans after the goal scored by Fenerbahçe.
In the statement made by Kocaelispor Club on the subject, “As the entire football public knows, in the match we played in the evening on February 2, a Fenerbahçe football player made a disgraceful act, to say the least, against our stands. However, this act cannot be considered as an act only towards our fans. This act is clearly an attack and insult against the Turkish Football Federation, the regulator of the country’s football, our rival Fenerbahçe and the moral values of our country.
All necessary actions have been taken by our club due to this disgrace, but the biggest reaction should be given by Fenerbahçe club and all football fans in our country, regardless of bias. As of February 3, our club has made an application to the legal committees of the Turkish Football Federation to impose penal sanctions against the relevant person in accordance with the relevant articles of the Football Disciplinary Instruction.
We have no doubt that this person will receive the punishment he deserves in the legal sense before the Turkish Football Federation. The next time this person comes to our stadium as a football player, our fans will show the person concerned the attention and care that he deserves. “We would like to remind you that Fenerbahçe Sports Club, where he currently plays football, should give the greatest punishment to this person who attacked the ethical and moral values of our football and our country.”
