Peak period in the Intensive Care of ‘Het Dierenbos’: “We take care of young animals such as Haasjes, Wild Rabbits, Foxes and Oehoes in the incubator”

A nest of foxes whose mom is probably crashed, eagle owl that fell out of the nest, squirrels left to their destiny: with dozens at the same time, young animals enter the nature aid center in Oudsbergen. There they are cared for, fed and – if they are strong enough again – released in nature. “With small syringes we give them the nutrients they need here and we help stimulate the animal peeing with damp wipes.”
