Paying with iDEAL increased sharply in 2024, reports the Netherlands Payments Association. According to the association, the annual turnover of payments with iDeal was almost as high as those of pin payments. The number of debit card payments at the cash register and the corresponding turnover only increased slightly in 2024 compared to a year earlier.
