Patty Brard announced yesterday that she is putting her villa on the Amstel up for sale and now her asking price is also known: 2.3 million euros. And of course she hopes for bids well above that.
It is no big surprise that Patty Brard has put her Amstelveen villa up for sale. She also tried it in 2017, but then nobody wanted it for 2.1 million euros. She then lowered the price to almost 2 million euros, but that too was not enough to convince people. She eventually withdrew the villa from sale in 2018.
now or never
With mortgage rates rising and an economic downturn forecast by some experts, Patty probably feels the now or never is to cash out for her old age. Patty’s old age actually started when she passed the retirement age of 67 two months ago.

The official reason why Patty wants to sell? “After more than 10 years of living pleasure, we (with pain in our stomach) are quietly looking for a ground floor smaller pied a terre in the Netherlands, next to our wonderful accommodation in Ibiza that we still enjoy so much!”, she writes on Instagram.
