Passengers of stopped Eurostar train after 9 hours still no step further: “No air conditioning, toilets do not work and staff does not give information”

A Eurostar train that stopped around 10 am this morning led to a lot of frustration. The passengers, who traveled from Brussels to London, had to spend hours in too warm wagons. When they were finally allowed to get off, it took a long time before a replacement train arrived. But that too, almost nine hours later, is still not left for London.
