China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and the Philippines are bracing the possible consequences of the approaching typhoon Ragasa. Among other things, the Taiwanese weather service issued a warning and the island republic expects itself on Monday and Tuesday especially in the south and east of heavy rain, storm and high waves.
