Dozens of liters of frying oil are leaked on the N376 near Veenoord. The driveway to the A37 is closed and a large part of the N376 is also closed.
The leak happened at the roundabout near the Carpoolplaats in Veenoord. Several motorists have driven through the frying oil, so that the track spread over a few hundred meters. This ensures a treacherous smooth road surface. It is unclear from which vehicle the oil has leaked.
A cleaning team is now on site to scrub the road. The N376 and the driveway to the A37 are closed for this. It is not clear how long the work will take.
