Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune met in Algiers on Tuesday with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and the leader of the Palestinian Islamist movement Hamas, Ismail Haniyeh. Algerian national television speaks of a “historic” meeting.
