Liam Rosenior, the new coach of Hull City, one of the British Championship teams, said that he liked Turkish players Ozan Tufan and Doğukan Sinik very much in the team.
The 38-year-old coach, who made a statement at the camp they held in Antalya between the 2022 FIFA World Cup, expressed his pleasure to be the head of Hull City.
Explaining that he tried to follow the Super League as much as he could and underlined that there are very talented football players in Turkey, the young coach said about national players Ozan Tufan and Doğukan Sinik, “Ozan and Doğukan are great people. They are kind and respectful. I already know that I want to come again. We work hard. We want to be much better after the World Cup break. “We want to build a team that has the ball. The English coach said that the biggest difference between English and Turkish football is tempo.
Explaining that he loves Turkish football very much, Rosenior said, “I try to follow all the leagues as much as I can. Turkey is among them. The biggest difference between them and England is the tempo. There are many technical players in Turkey. The Championship is a little faster and a physical league. My My job is to combine the two. Explaining that he had a few meetings with Dimitris Pelkas, Fenerbahçe’s player, who played for loan in Hull City, Rosenior noted that the Greek football player was very intelligent and technical.
Rosenior emphasized that Pelkas is happy to work with them and that he wants to continue despite his contract that will expire at the end of the season.
