Daniel Tschofenig made himself the most beautiful birthday present and conquered the valuable ski jumping double from four-hill tour and overall World Cup.

With his fourth place (234.5 and 233.5 meters) on the flying ski jump in Planica, the Austrian clearly landed in front of his compatriot Jan Hörl and is therefore no longer to catch up with the last individual on Sunday (9:30 a.m./ARD and Eurosport).

In January, Tschofenig also won the tour in front of Hörl, which was the first congratulated in Planica. The hosts from Slovenia made the day victory on the gigantic complex. Domen Prevc (234.5 and 237.5 meters) prevailed in front of Anze Lanisek and Japan’s Ryoyu Kobayashi. On Thursday at the qualification, three Germans had placed one, two and three in ranks.
