A very large fire broke out at beach club Bloomingdale in Bloemendaal last night. A spokesperson says that the beach tent can be considered lost. No injuries were reported in the fire.
Around 1 a.m. a very large fire broke out in beach club Bloomingdale in Bloemendaal. The fire brigade is present en masse to extinguish the large fire. To give the emergency services space, the Zeeweg from Overveen in the direction of Zandvoort is closed to traffic.
Spokesman for the fire brigade: “We are still busy extinguishing here for a long time. The beach tent can be considered lost.” No persons were present during the outbreak of the fire and no injuries were reported.
The fire is not under control at this time. Emergency services are present en masse to extinguish the fire. It is currently unclear how the fire started.
