The mountain and outdoor sports shoe manufacturers Garmont and Naglev close a strategic partnership.

As the companies announced on Friday, the collaboration includes development, production, marketing and sales of Naglev branded shoes. The aim is to expand the presence of both brands, to use synergies and to expand the sales network in order to open up new markets and customers.

The history of the two brands has been connected since Naglev was founded in 2015. The shoe brand was launched by Achille Morlin – the former owner and president of Garmont, who headed the company from 1990 to 2014.

Morlin will now also bring his experience into the development of new Garmont models as a product consultant and support the research & development team.

“This partnership attributes Garmont to its roots,” says Andrea Nalesso, CEO of Garmont International SRL. “Achille helped to shape iconic models such as the dragontail and the tower. I am convinced that this cooperation will produce pioneering new products – already for the season SS26. ”
