The Outdoor trade fair will return after a break this year 2026. Now there are first details about the comeback in Italy.

The European Outdoor Group (EOG) presents the fair from May 17th to 18th in Riva del Garda, Italy, the industry association announced on Monday. It is part of the new initiative European Outdoor Week, in which the Outdoor Impact Summit is also organized a award ceremony for outdoor products, networking events and a festival for specialist and end consumers. Consumers can do equipment for various activities with participating brands and leading outdoor athletes: test inside.

Outdoor and Italian fair combine forces

For the comeback, EOG together with its own board and management team as well as external stakeholders and partners: Interior developed plans for the next year, the statement says. This also includes Magnet SRL SB, the organizer of the Italian Mass Outdoor and Running Business Days (ORBD). The trade fairs will be merged for the upcoming edition in May, share the infrastructure and cooperate in marketing.

“Every event during the week has to be convincing in itself, and we have put together a program that we believe that it does, but went on,” said Eog Director Christian Schneidermeier. “Our new series of events will complement and support each other and address a much wider audience than every single event. The European Outdoor Week will not only have a much higher profile and a greater reach, but also offer a better price-performance ratio than earlier specialist events for companies that opt for participation.”

The European Outdoor Week will take place in Riva del Garda from May 15th to 20th. The trade fairs take place in parallel from 17 to May 18.
