On the fifth day of the organization in the capital Tirana, national wrestler Elvira faced Polish Magdalena Urszula Glodek Liszewska in the women’s 57 kilo final. Elvira, who lost 5-1 to her opponent, took the second place.
The national wrestler lost his second consecutive final in the European championships. Elvira also won the silver medal in Bratislava, the capital of Slovenia, last year.
Elvira Süleyman Kamaloğlu defeated Hungarian Tamara Dollak with technical superiority, Belarusian Aryna Dzemchanka Martynava 9-5, and Azerbaijani Zhala Aliyeva 6-2 yesterday in the organization in Albania.
