Lic. Daiana Suarez and Lic. Lilian González, how were the beginnings of their company and for what purpose was it carried out?
In September 2019, we created others with a clear vision: to be the bridge between companies and the sustainable growth of their businesses. In a changing context, we decided to bet on accompanying small and medium enterprises in their internal processes, convinced that the true differential of every organization is in its people.
Our beginnings were marked by the recruitment and selection of people. But from the beginning we had a broader purpose. We did not want to limit ourselves to covering specific searches, but becoming strategic allies within organizations. Therefore, we design proposals that will include improvements in the work environment, training for equipment and leaders, internal communication and process optimization.
The great turning point came from the hand of an SME that entrusted us with the integral accompaniment of its growth. The company did not have a formal human resources area, but decided to bet on us as strategic partners. In just two years, that company experienced exponential growth, and our work was key to laying the foundations for sustained development. This case became our first big success case, and confirmed that our approach was on the right path.
What are the services they provide to your customers?
We build long -term relationships with our clients, providing a personalized, close and professional accompaniment. We get involved in the organizational culture of each company, designing custom solutions, always with the focus on people as an engine of transformation and growth.
At present, our services have expanded. In addition to recruiting and selection, we develop training programs, coaching, weather evaluations, leadership workshops, internal communication interventions and strategic advice for human talent management. We also offer specific consultancies to optimize structures, roles and processes.
How facilitating the processes of cultural change within organizations?
One of the biggest challenges we face is to accompany the cultural changes that many organizations need to adapt to the new times. The labor market has changed, people look for spaces where they can develop, feel valued and heard. Our role is to accompany companies in this process of transformation, promoting more human, collaborative and effective environments.
What projects have ahead?
Looking towards the future, our goal is to continue growing next to SMEs, expanding our network of alliances and consolidating us as a reference consultant in the development of talent. We want to continue demonstrating that it is possible to grow with consciousness, plan with strategy and lead with empathy.
In a world where technology advances by leaps and bounds, we believe that putting people in the center remains the key. Therefore, more than a consultant, we like to think as companions on the way, helping each organization to discover their best version from the inside out.
