In the health center where I work, the waiting room is shared with the pharmacy. It is often busy and the clients are not always satisfied. There is grumbling about medication that is not available and often also about the amount of the personal contribution. So I am used to a bit, but I still have a look if I hear the hard -hearing lady I just prescribed antibiotics at the counter very hard and long -term calling: “Duration? Duration? Why is it now expensive?” The pharmacist repeats it again, now also in a loud tone: “Madam, it’s a cure!”
