Opinion | Pole dancer – NRC

I played with my band at a party. The audience was 60, often 70 plus. That fits perfectly because our music is very similar to the music of the early 70s. Soon a woman started dancing and that had an infectious effect on the rest of the room. There was a pole in the center of the room. She twirled around the pole like a pole dancer. It looked very cheerful. During the break I went to her to thank her. She said: “Normally I have a walker, I have to hold on all the time, otherwise I will flip.”
