This week we went to a sold out Einaudi concert. An empty, dark stage with only the man and his grand piano, his silhouette highlighted like a crescent moon. He plays the stars of heaven.
Since my heart arrhythmia, I play Einaudi to relax. I think about the countless hours my heart pounded wildly, my agitation, my fear and my panic.
Two hours pass by, during which time, apart from this world, he lets me hear the back of the moon. Afterwards I check my heart rate. According to my smart ring I took a nap.
