My son (13) is disappointed that his bike buddy is always too late at the collection point from where they cycle to school. “He then appeals that he will be there in 2 minutes but is not there after 10 minutes, so I have to cycle very hard to school.” To stimulate his problem -solving capacity, I ask him what needs to be done to ensure that this no longer occurs. After a few seconds, he knows: “An electric bicycle!”
