Opel will sell the electric Rocks-e in the Netherlands this spring with a price “guaranteed below 10,000 euros”. The compact city car, the German twin brother of the Citroën Ami, will soon be Opel’s new entry-level model. You don’t necessarily need a B driving license for it: sixteen-year-olds can drive it with a moped certificate.
