What is one number technology?
With one number technology, you can call/answer your smartphone without the need for a Bluetooth connection of your smartphone through your smart watch.
The only number technology allows you to use your sound and internet usage rights in your Tariffs and Packages on your Türk Telekom postpaid mobile line.
How can I register and use one number technology?
You can perform your subscription process by following the steps below.
Authorization
Authorization is required for line users who wish to benefit from single number technology. The company official may request authorization for calligraphy users by contacting the Corporate Customer Representative or by calling our 444 5 444 call center. After relevant definitions, users can perform activation processes.
Activation steps
Authorized line users can complete the activation process by following the steps below and start using.
- Single number technology subscription is made only via iPhone. Go to the Watch from the Settings menu on the iPhone menu and enter the “Watch” tab and select the “Cellular Setting” on this screen.
- On the screen that opens; Enter your mobile phone number and disposable password. If it is successful, you will be automatically directed to the next screen.
- After clicking on the previous screen, one number technology detail and fee information is displayed. Click the Buy button.
- After clicking Buy on the previous screen, the transaction summary page opens and you can view the service fee and tax details you will pay monthly. On this page, I have read and confirm the Preliminary Information Form at the bottom of the following and click “Complete the Process”.
- The result of the approval screen is shown that the request is received. Shortly after the service confirmation message arrives, you can see cellular status on your smart watch.
Can I use one number technology with every tariff?
The only number technology can be used if your tariff on your postpaid line contains the minutes and internet benefits of your tariff together.

Is one number number technology renewed every month?
Yes, one number technology is renewed unless you cancel your appropriate tariff and one number technology on your line.
Can I use it on more than one line?
No, one number technology can only be used with 1 hour and 1 telephone match.
Does the service apply abroad?
No.
How can the cancellation be done?
You can cancel the single number technology through your phone or call center.

1. Single number cancellation is done on your iPhone phone. Go to the watch application on the iPhone and enter the “Watch” tab and select “Cellular Set”.
2. Select your active Türk Telekom account under cellular plan.
3. In the opened menu, click Manage Türk Telekom Account.
4. Click “Cancel” on the opened page.
5. Then select Confirm on the transaction approval screen.
6. A result screen will be shown that your request has been received. Shortly after, the “single number technology” will be canceled at its smart clock.

Can I re -benefit after the cancellation of one number technology?
Yes, you can use the service by subscription again.
If you subscribe again, the new subscription taxes are reflected in your first invoice.
Number change, transfer, payment type change (transition from postpaid to invoices), number transport, temporary closure of the line and line cancellation, one number of number technology membership continues?
No, your only number service will end your subscription. The transfer should be canceled in order to prevent the reflection of the fees in the transmission type change and number transport transactions.
If I make changes to the tariff of my postpaid line, will one number technology be canceled?
