Izegem wants to make it a lot easier and more efficient for its residents to contact municipal services. With the launch of contact point 1780, citizens no longer have to figure out which service to contact.
Councilor for Communications Bruno Lambert explains: “Whether it concerns fly-tipping, litter, a collapsed footpath or a loose tile: you simply report it via 1780. Our team will also help you with questions about working in the street or making an appointment. Of course, there is also room for suggestions or compliments, because things often just go well.”
