“On the edge of dangerous”: Brussels residents chase young dealers and make videos for the police

Almost every day, residents from the Brussels municipality of Sint-Gillis send videos of young people dealing to the police. Even more: they are in a WhatsApp group together with a police officer. The residents are fed up with the laxity of the justice system and are taking matters into their own hands. But are those videos useful? What do the authorities do with it?
