Omoda lands in the Spanish market with the innovative SUV C5

In fact, the new brand omodabelonging to Chery International (one of the largest manufacturers in Asia), has just announced its arrival in Spain as an independent brand at the end of 2023.

Spain will be the first European market in which Omoda will sell its vehicles, so the Chinese manufacturer is already developing its own dealer networkeliminating the intermediation of importers to offer Spanish customers a direct and fully personalized shopping experience.

As reported by the brand, from the last quarter of the year, Spanish customers will be the first to see and experience the innovative technology and futuristic design of the Omoda C5a crossover whose price is still unknown.

The Omoda C5 features a quite futuristic design, inspired by art and the avant-garde, thanks to its sculpted and aerodynamic silhouette, its floating roof effect, its light groups with “T”-shaped daytime running lights and powerful LED headlights and Matrix 3D design in the taillights; and its rear windows with tinted glass.

As for his insidethe new Omoda C5 offers the latest in comfort, connectivity and multimedia technology. And it is that it incorporates two high-resolution dual screens of 10.25 inches (26 centimeters) each, multicolor ambient lighting, wireless charging, a high-quality sound system and heated and ventilated sports seats with electrical adjustments.

Omoda has announced that its C5 model will arrive in Spain with a 1.6 Turbo gasoline engine and front-wheel drive. The engine will offer a maximum power of 197 hp and a maximum pair of 290Nm and will be associated with a automatic gearbox equipped with DVVT technologywhich will allow the crossover to accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in 7.8 seconds.

Last but not least, the new Omoda C5 will have various ADAS systems to guarantee maximum safety on board.
